HFTP Club Forum 2019

HFTP Club Forum

September 13, 2022 - 2:00 - 4:00 PM
Hilton Austin Hotel
Austin, Texas USA

Held annually exclusively for HFTP members, this complimentary education session is designed to provide club professionals with the opportunity to connect with industry peers, share ideas and discuss club-related challenges in a small group setting. Each Forum focuses on a pressing topic to explore.

Attracting and Retaining Talent

The largest issue of concern the past few years has been how to hire a sufficient staff from a shrinking labor pool. And once you have invested in the training and building of a cohesive team, what can you do to keep them with your club for the long-term. Step beyond the grumbling and join in on an interactive discussion to identify real solutions.

The 2022 HFTP Club Forum offers a small group setting to discuss the employee experience. Learn from each other on what benefits clubs are offering to attract and retain talent in this tight labor market. Share your creative ideas about benefits clubs can offer that cost very little or nothing. Attendees will share how the labor shortage is impacting their club and tips for dealing with the situation.
