HFTP COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS SURVEY

The HFTP Americas Research Center, in conjunction with HFTP, produces a biennial compensation and benefits survey. This report is an invaluable resource for hospitality managers to determine pay scales for their employees and themselves. The survey also provides detailed information on salary, employment contracts, deferred compensation, bonuses, performance evaluations, health care plans and certification.
